Event management & production · Kochi · Mumbai · Dubai
From intimate celebrations to large-scale productions, we turn ideas into experiences people describe to the people who weren’t there.
The studio Est. 2014
Evoque is a full-service event company. We hold the strategy, the creative direction, the planning, the production, the logistics, the styling and the entertainment under one roof — which means one team is accountable when the doors open.
Most of what we do never reaches a photograph. A rigging plot signed off by the venue eight weeks early. A dietary matrix tracked to a seat number. A run sheet rehearsed until the crew can call it without reading. The room people remember is the visible half of a much larger document.
We have delivered 480 events across 32 cities since 2014, and 96 of our work last year came from a client who had worked with us before or been sent by someone who had.

Six stages, in order, with what has to be true at each one. Select a stage to see the detail.
12–9 months out
A structured brief with the people who own the outcome. Objectives, audience, constraints and the number nobody wants to say out loud.
10–8 months out
Creative platform, format and narrative arc. One idea, written in a sentence, that every later decision is measured against.
9–6 months out
Elevations, floor plans, lighting states and menus. You see the room at eye height before anything is ordered.
6–2 months out
Suppliers contracted, permits filed, run sheet drafted. The critical path is agreed and tracked weekly from here.
Event week
Load-in, build, technical rehearsal and cue-to-cue. By the final rehearsal, nothing on the night is being attempted for the first time.
Event day
The show is called from front of house. Our team is visible to the crew and invisible to your guests.
Interactive Concept in four choices
Tell us the shape of the event and we will sketch a starting concept. This is a quick sketch, not a proposal — but it is how a real conversation begins.

Planning 7 stages
The working timeline we plan against. Select a stage to open it.
Guest number confirmed, budget set as three figures, creative platform agreed in a sentence, venue contracted.
Production, catering and styling appointed. Entertainment held with deposits. The last comfortable moment to change direction.
Elevations signed off, menus tasted, content commissioned, permits lodged. Fabrication starts.
Invitations dispatched, RSVP live, travel and accommodation blocks confirmed, first draft of the run sheet.
Final numbers to catering, seating built, run sheet circulated, technical rehearsal scheduled, contingencies written.
Load-in, build, technical rehearsal and cue-to-cue. Nothing is attempted for the first time on the night.
The run sheet runs. Your planner is on comms, and the only decisions left are the ones nobody could have predicted.
