Weddings 9 – 11 January 2025
Three days across a colonial estate, a beach and a courtyard, planned so that guests never once had to ask where to be next.
Creative concept
Two families, one from Kochi and one from Lisbon, wanted a wedding that belonged to both without becoming a theme. We built the design around what the two coasts share rather than what separates them: whitewash, indigo, salt-worn timber and a lot of open air.
Guests were split across six hotels with a ninety-minute spread between the furthest two. January in Goa is dry but not reliable, and the estate lawn — the only space that held all 260 seated — had no covered alternative.
We ran the whole programme off a single guest transport spine: nine coaches on a published loop, one printed card per guest with their coach letter and time. For the lawn we costed a clear-span structure as a standing build rather than a contingency, and rigged it on day one.
Every transfer ran within four minutes of its published time across three days. Rain arrived on the second evening at 19:40; because the structure was already up, the only change to the run sheet was moving the fire performance forward by twenty minutes.
Run of show 5 cues
Abridged from the working run sheet. Every line was owned by a named person before the doors opened.

How we cover eventsThe client
My mother has organised weddings her whole life and she did not pick up her phone once in three days. That is the review.
