Entertainment

Booking talent is the easy part. Programming an evening so the energy climbs instead of stalling is the part that takes a decade to learn.

Overview

Artists, bands, DJs, hosts and live performance.

We programme entertainment against the run sheet, not against a wish list. A jazz trio at the wrong moment empties a room; the same trio forty minutes earlier fills it. We map arrival, dinner, speeches and the floor, then place each act where it does the most work.

Evoque holds direct relationships with performers across India, the Gulf and Europe. We handle contracting, riders, visas, freight and accommodation, and we brief every act on the client's tone — including what not to say from a microphone.

Included 3 commitments

What this actually
means in practice.

  • 01

    Programmed, not booked

Acts placed on the run sheet where the energy curve needs them.

  • 02

    Riders read in full

Technical and hospitality riders reconciled with the venue before contracts are signed.

  • 03

    Hosts who are briefed

Scripted, rehearsed emcees who know the client, the names and the pronunciations.

Process 6 stages

How a entertainment engagement runs.

  1. 01 Discover — 12–9 months out A structured brief with the people who own the outcome. Objectives, audience, constraints and the number nobody wants to say out loud.
  2. 02 Imagine — 10–8 months out Creative platform, format and narrative arc. One idea, written in a sentence, that every later decision is measured against.
  3. 03 Design — 9–6 months out Elevations, floor plans, lighting states and menus. You see the room at eye height before anything is ordered.
  4. 04 Plan — 6–2 months out Suppliers contracted, permits filed, run sheet drafted. The critical path is agreed and tracked weekly from here.
  5. 05 Produce — Event week Load-in, build, technical rehearsal and cue-to-cue. By the final rehearsal, nothing on the night is being attempted for the first time.
  6. 06 Celebrate — Event day The show is called from front of house. Our team is visible to the crew and invisible to your guests.

The stand was the product demonstration. We have never had a simpler story to tell on a show floor, and we have never had a better one.
