The questions
that come up first.
How far in advance should we book?
For a large wedding or a conference over 500 delegates, twelve months is comfortable and nine is workable. Below 200 guests we have delivered excellent events in four months. The real constraint is rarely us — it is venue availability on peak dates and the lead time on anything fabricated.
Do you handle destination events?
Yes, and it is a significant part of our work. We travel a core production team to every destination event and appoint a vetted local partner for hands, hire and permits. Critical equipment and irreplaceable décor travel with us; everything replaceable is sourced locally.
Can you work with our existing vendors?
Often, yes. We will review any supplier you want to keep, brief them to our run sheet and hold them to our timings. If we think a supplier cannot deliver at the scale required, we will say so early and in writing rather than discover it on the day.
Do you provide décor, or do you sub-contract it?
Our design team is in-house and draws every scheme in elevation before anything is ordered. Bespoke structures — arches, bars, backdrops, suspended installations — are fabricated in our own workshop in Kochi. Floral sourcing and installation are managed by us with regular growers.
Do you manage event production, or just planning?
Both, and we prefer to do both. Our production team specifies staging, audio, lighting, video and power to the actual room, issues rigging plots and power budgets to the venue in advance, and runs a technical rehearsal for every event with a stage.
