Four things
we will not trade.
These are not values on a wall. They are the four rules that decide how we quote, staff and run an event.

The document before the room
Every event we deliver exists as a written run sheet before it exists as a photograph. If it is not on the sheet, it does not happen on the night.

One accountable lead
The planner who scopes your event is the planner standing in the room when the doors open. No handover, no relay, no new face in week thirty.

Say the difficult thing early
If a guest number will not fit a room, if a budget will not reach an idea, or if a supplier will not scale — we say so in writing, at the point it can still be fixed.

Spend the boldness in one place
Three small surprises are forgettable. One well-funded, well-timed moment is the thing people describe a month later. We concentrate the budget.
The story 2014 – 2026
Twelve years,
written as a cue sheet.
- 2014 Evoque founded in Kochi Meera Varghese leaves broadcast production and takes on four weddings and one conference in the first year.
- 2016 Production brought in-house First lighting and audio inventory purchased after a third sub-contractor failure in one season.
- 2018 Mumbai production office Opened to serve corporate work that had outgrown a travelling crew.
- 2020 The quiet year Fourteen events postponed, none cancelled. Every deposit held and honoured in 2021.
- 2022 Kochi workshop opens Bespoke fabrication brought in-house. Set, bars, arches and plinths now built by our own team.
- 2024 Dubai office Regional office opened after four consecutive years of Gulf work.
- 2026 480 events delivered Across 32 cities and four countries, with a 96% client referral rate.

The same six stages run on a 90-guest dinner and a 1,400-delegate summit. Only the duration changes.

Discover
12–9 months out
A structured brief with the people who own the outcome. Objectives, audience, constraints and the number nobody wants to say out loud.

Imagine
10–8 months out
Creative platform, format and narrative arc. One idea, written in a sentence, that every later decision is measured against.

Design
9–6 months out
Elevations, floor plans, lighting states and menus. You see the room at eye height before anything is ordered.

Plan
6–2 months out
Suppliers contracted, permits filed, run sheet drafted. The critical path is agreed and tracked weekly from here.

Produce
Event week
Load-in, build, technical rehearsal and cue-to-cue. By the final rehearsal, nothing on the night is being attempted for the first time.

Celebrate
Event day
The show is called from front of house. Our team is visible to the crew and invisible to your guests.

Leads the design studio and the Kochi workshop. Draws every scheme in elevation before it is costed.

Runs the conference practice. Believes the corridor deserves the budget the stage usually gets.

Owns arrival, RSVP and departure. Measures door throughput at every event we run.
