Conferences 4 – 5 March 2026
Fourteen hundred delegates, four parallel tracks and thirty-one speakers, with every session starting inside ninety seconds of its published time.
Creative concept
Nexa’s previous summit had been judged on its keynote and forgiven for everything else. We rebuilt the format around the corridor rather than the stage: shorter sessions, longer breaks, and a floor plan where every route back to coffee passed a demo.
Four tracks in a venue with one shared service corridor, thirty-one speakers across nine time zones for rehearsals, and a registration window of forty minutes before the opening keynote.
Decks were collected on a hard deadline nine days out and pre-loaded to four independent playback machines. Speaker rehearsals ran as scheduled remote slots for anyone outside India. Registration used eight self-service kiosks with two staffed exception lanes.
Registration cleared 1,180 delegates in thirty-four minutes. Of 46 sessions across two days, the worst start delay was 84 seconds. Session-level attendance tracking showed track three, the one Nexa had almost cut, drew the highest average dwell.

How we cover eventsThe client
Thirty-one speakers, four rooms, and I did not receive a single message about a technical problem across two days. I have never been able to say that before.
