What is included in a ticket?
Every ticket type includes access to all four tracks and both plenaries, the exhibition floor, lunch and refreshments on both days, the day-one welcome reception, and session recordings released within 48 hours of the close.
Can I transfer my registration?
Yes. Registrations can be transferred to a colleague at no charge up to seven days before the summit. After that, transfers are handled at the registration desk on the day with photo identification.
Is there a group rate?
Groups of five or more receive 15% off General and VIP tickets. Executive tickets are limited to 120 places and are not discounted. Contact the summit team for a group code.
What about accessibility?
The venue is fully step-free. Live captioning runs in both plenaries and in track one, a hearing loop covers the main auditorium, and a quiet room is available on the concourse throughout both days.
Is accommodation included?
No, but a delegate rate has been held at four hotels within a fifteen-minute walk. Rates and booking codes are sent with your registration confirmation.
Will sessions be recorded?
Every session in both plenaries and all four tracks is recorded and released to registered delegates within 48 hours. Executive roundtables are held under the Chatham House Rule and are not recorded.
