Brand Activations August – October 2025
One modular set, nine weekends, three cities and forty-six thousand people who chose to walk in.
Creative concept
Orbit wanted footfall; we designed for the phone. A single vertical frame at the centre of the set, lit for a handset camera, gave every visitor one shot worth posting.
A set that had to strike into two trucks, travel overnight and reopen in another city inside 48 hours, nine times.
Every element under 40 kg and two-person liftable, with a numbered build order printed on the flight cases.
Fastest turnaround 38 hours. Share rate of 31% against a 12% benchmark for the category.
Run of show 3 cues
Abridged from the working run sheet. Every line was owned by a named person before the doors opened.

Film
Films for client events are shared privately. The photo essay is the public record.
How we cover eventsThe client
We asked for footfall and got a share rate nearly three times the category benchmark. That was not luck.
