Corporate 21 – 22 November 2024
Seven markets in one room, with simultaneous interpretation that nobody had to ask about.
Creative concept
A global leadership summit where language was designed for rather than apologised for.
Four live interpretation channels, seven country delegations and a content set finalised nine days before doors.
Interpreters were briefed with the full deck set and a glossary of internal terms a week ahead. Receivers were issued at registration by default rather than on request.
Channel usage peaked at 61% of the room — far above the 15% the client expected, which changed how they plan every summit since.
Run of show 4 cues
Abridged from the working run sheet. Every line was owned by a named person before the doors opened.

Film
Films for client events are shared privately. The photo essay is the public record.
How we cover eventsThe client
We had assumed most of the room would listen in English out of politeness. Evoque proved otherwise on day one.
