Forty-one awards presented in seventy-two minutes without the ceremony feeling like a queue.
Creative concept
Award ceremonies die by pacing. We built the show around a fixed 105-second per-award budget, with winners routed to the stage from a holding position rather than from their seats.
Forty-one presentations without the room emptying, on a stage with a single access ramp.
A discreet holding area stage-left, a runner per category and pre-recorded citations cut to 22 seconds each.
Seventy-two minutes end to end. Nobody left before the final award.
Run of show 4 cues
Abridged from the working run sheet. Every line was owned by a named person before the doors opened.

Film
Films for client events are shared privately. The photo essay is the public record.
How we cover eventsThe client
Forty-one awards used to take us two hours and we lost the room by number twenty. This year nobody moved.
