Destination 3 – 6 February 2025
Ninety guests, one island, and a freight manifest that had to be right the first time.
Creative concept
On an island, nothing can be replaced. The design was deliberately restrained — linen, rope, driftwood and one strong colour — so that every element could be shipped, checked and duplicated where it mattered.
A four-day supply line, customs clearance and a design that could not rely on a single local purchase.
A manifest built with critical duplicates for anything irreplaceable, shipped eleven days ahead with a documented customs pack.
All 2.4 tonnes cleared in one movement. Nothing was missing, and the only local purchase was ice.
Run of show 4 cues
Abridged from the working run sheet. Every line was owned by a named person before the doors opened.

Film
Films for client events are shared privately. The photo essay is the public record.
