- D1 / 15:00 Gates Six lanes, bag search, water points inside the line.
- D1 / 18:40 Stage swap Headings 118° apart. Changeovers alternate; neither stage ever dark.
- D1 / 22:56 Curfew Final act ends four minutes inside the 23:00 limit.
- D2 / 23:00 Egress Staged release by zone. Site clear in 41 minutes.
