The sequence
When something goes wrong on site — and it will —
— there is exactly one number to call. That is the whole argument for turnkey. On a split contract, a delay in carpentry becomes a dispute between three parties and a fortnight of your evenings. On ours it becomes our problem.
We hold a weekly site meeting, issue a written record of every decision taken on site, and maintain a change log that shows what each variation costs before it is authorised.

Project supervision
Everything in writing.
- A priced bill of quantities before work begins
- A programme, updated weekly once the site is live
- Written minutes of every site meeting
- A change log with the cost of each variation before it is authorised
- Quality checkpoints at first fix, second fix and pre-handover
- A joint snagging walk and rectification before completion
- A handover file with every warranty, finish code and supplier contact
- A six-month aftercare period
