Devika Raghunath
Principal Designer
Runs the residential studio. Believes that most interiors are ruined at the layout stage and spends accordingly on getting the plan right.
Ishan Kurup
Project Architect
Handles the technical package — details, services coordination and everything that has to be right before a trade arrives on site.
Aarti Menon
Senior Interior Designer
Leads commercial and workplace projects. Ran a fit-out contractor for six years, which shows in how buildable her drawings are.
Farhan Qureshi
Materials Specialist
Sources, tests and specifies everything the building is made of. Keeps a sample library that has outgrown two rooms.
Nikhil Sen
Project Manager
Runs the sites. Holds the programme, the budget and the weekly meeting that keeps both of them honest.

How the studio works
One team from sketch to snag list.
The designer who draws your plan is in the weekly site meeting. The project manager who runs the site was in the room when the material board was signed off. We have tried it the other way and it produces rooms that are nearly right.
Everyone in the studio spends time on site. It is the fastest way to learn which details are worth drawing and which ones a carpenter will quietly ignore.
Working with us
We take on a limited number of projects at a time so that the person you meet is the person who does the work. If you are planning something, the earliest useful conversation is usually much earlier than people expect.
