01 · Thermal engineering

Ceramic combustion chamber

A cast ceramic chamber radiates uniform, stable heat and holds it — so the drum sees an even wall temperature and beans develop without hot spots or scorching.

Vortex aerodynamics

A spiral airflow path draws heat evenly through the bean mass and sweeps chaff cleanly away. The result is exceptional aroma development and a repeatable rate of rise.

Closed-loop precision control

Bean-probe and exhaust sensors feed a control loop that adjusts gas and drum speed a hundred times a second. Save a profile once; run it identically forever.
