Recovered-heat preheating

Exhaust heat preheats incoming air through a compact exchanger, so the burner spends less fuel getting to temperature and far less holding it between batches.

Modulating burners follow the control loop instead of running flat-out, matching heat to the bean mass in the drum. You pay for the energy the roast needs — not a degree more.
