Four members who let us publish the numbers.

Twelve to sixteen months each, all coached in-house. Drag any slider to compare, and read the disclosure — the photographs are stock.

An honest note. IRONHAUS is a fictional club built as a front-end demonstration. The people below are invented, and the “before” and “after” photographs are unrelated stock images from Pexels rather than photographs of one person over time. Numbers are placeholder content. On a real club site these would be consented photographs of actual members, and the small print would still say that individual results vary.

Down 18 kg, up 60 kg on his deadlift

Michael T., 41 · coached by Marcus Vale

Michael arrived after a health check he described as 'the polite version of a warning'. We started with three sessions a week, none of them longer than forty-five minutes, and a rule that he was not allowed to add weight until his positions held. Twelve months later he pulls 200 kg and his cardiologist has stopped writing to him.

From never having squatted to a 100 kg triple

Priya R., 34 · coached by Nadia Osei

Priya had a decade of spin classes behind her and no interest in a barbell whatsoever. Nadia gave her eight weeks of machine work to build the base, then introduced the squat with an empty bar. Nine months in she hit 100 kg for three and posted it herself.

Back to five-a-side after two knee surgeries

Daniel O., 47 · coached by Sofia Reyes

Two ACL reconstructions and a surgeon who told him to take up swimming. Sofia ran the rehab handover, then fifteen months of loading that never once flared the joint. He plays Thursday nights now, badly, and is insufferable about it.

First unassisted pull-up, then eleven more

Chloé M., 29 · coached by Luca Ferrante

Chloé set one goal at her assessment and refused to be talked into a second: a single unassisted pull-up. Luca built twenty-eight weeks of scapular work and heavy rows around it. She got the first one in week nineteen and cried. Twelve by week twenty-eight.

02What they had in common

None of it was
a twelve-week challenge.

Four different goals, four different programmes, four habits that showed up in every single one.

01

They filled in the log

Every session, every time. It is the single habit that separates the four of them from the people who stalled.

02

They trained less than you think

Three to four sessions a week. Nobody here went from nothing to daily training and survived it.

03

They ate enough

Three of the four were eating too little when they arrived, not too much. Under-fuelling was the first thing we fixed.

04

They stayed

Twenty-eight weeks was the shortest of the four. There is no version of this that takes eight.

03In their words

What members actually say.

Six reviews pulled from our last member survey. We publish the middling ones too — they are on the FAQ.

I had trained in gyms for eleven years and never once been taught how to brace. Six weeks at Shoreditch and my back stopped hurting on flights. That is the whole review.

The zone test was the thing. I had been running every single session at the same middling effort for years. Elena showed me the data and I took nine minutes off my half marathon.

Fourteen people in a class, maximum. I have never waited for a rack. For the money that is the only comparison that matters to me.

I came in after a slipped disc, terrified. Sofia handled the handover from my physio herself and wrote a plan that respected it. Two years on I deadlift more than I did at thirty.

Dmitri made me do footwork drills for a month and a half before I was allowed near a bag. I was furious. He was completely right.

The recovery suite at 21:00 on a Wednesday is the best hour of my week. I book it like a meeting and nothing gets to move it.
