LUMEN is diesel-electric, which matters mostly at anchor: at night you hear the water rather than the generators. Her owners specified it after a decade of boats that hummed.
Six cabins, a 12-metre beach club, a sundeck pool and eleven crew. She is the yacht the office recommends when a group wants a base rather than a boat.
Balearics in summer; transatlantic in November if the charter suits.

- Advance Provisioning Allowance — 30% of the fee, covering fuel, food, drink and berthing. Reconciled at the end; the balance is returned.

- Crew gratuity
- Customary rather than compulsory, at 5–15% of the charter fee.
