Using this site
You are welcome to read, quote and link to anything here. Quoting in full requires a note back to the original page. Republishing an article in its entirety does not.
Accuracy
The writing represents our view at the date shown on each piece. We update pieces rather than silently editing them, and material changes are noted at the foot of the article.
Client work
Case studies are published with client consent. Figures are drawn from the measurement framework agreed at the start of each engagement, and the baseline is stated wherever a number appears.
Liability
Nothing on this site is advice for your specific situation. We are happy to give you that directly, in writing, once we understand the business.
