Digital Strategy

Typical engagement

6–10 weeks

Deciding what to do, and just as usefully, what to stop.

We start with the commercial question, not the channel. Where does growth actually come from, what is it costing, and which of your assumptions is quietly wrong?

What you get

  • Growth and unit-economics model
  • Category and competitor position
  • Customer and lost-deal interviews
  • Channel mix and budget allocation
  • Messaging hierarchy
  • 12-month roadmap with owners

Most strategy decks are an inventory of everything a team could do. Ours are shorter, because the value is in the subtraction. We spend the first weeks inside your data, your customers and your margin, and we come back with a small number of bets, sized and sequenced.

What it looks like

A strategy engagement runs six to ten weeks. We work through your analytics, CRM and finance exports, interview eight to twelve customers and a handful of people who chose someone else, and pressure-test the economics of every channel you run. You get a growth model you can argue with, a positioning line the whole company can repeat, and a roadmap with owners and dates.

What we look for

Three things, usually. A gap between what you sell and what people actually buy you for. A channel that looks profitable because it is harvesting demand somebody else created. And a piece of the funnel that everyone assumes is fine because nobody owns it.

How we hand it over

Strategy that lives in a PDF is a cost. We stay through the first quarter of execution, whether we are running it or your team is, and we rebuild the model when reality disagrees with it.
