What size of engagement do you take on?
Project work generally starts around €60,000. Retainers start at €18,000 a month. Below that we are usually the wrong shape of company for the problem and will say so.
Do you work with in-house teams?
Most of our engagements involve one. We are happier building capability into a team than replacing it, and roughly a third of our work ends with a handover rather than a renewal.
How quickly can you start?
Discovery usually begins three to six weeks after signature. When we are full we say so on this site rather than stretching the team.
Do you pitch for free?
No. We will spend an hour on your problem at no cost and tell you what we think. Beyond that, speculative creative is bad for the work and bad for the people making it.
Where are you based?
Amsterdam and Toronto. Roughly half our clients are in neither, and we budget for four on-site visits a year on any engagement over six months.
