Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy supplements our Terms of Service and applies to purchases made on vionexorg.com.

1. Website Templates (Digital Products)

Templates are digital products delivered electronically upon successful payment. Because they are instantly downloadable, all template sales are final once the files have been downloaded or accessed, except where the file is materially defective or does not match its product-page description, or where required by applicable law.

To request a defect review, email us within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.

2. Custom Services (Web Design, Development & Related Work)

Deposits paid to begin a project are non-refundable — they secure our team’s time and your project slot.

If a project is cancelled after work has started, you are billed for work completed to date; any remaining balance of a deposit already used toward that work is not returned.

If we are unable to deliver the agreed scope through our own fault, we will offer a partial refund proportional to the undelivered work, at our discretion, or complete the outstanding work at no extra cost.

3. How Refunds Are Paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, subject to processing times of our payment provider.

4. Requesting a Refund

Email vionexorg@gmail.com or call +91 7994778279 with your order number or invoice reference and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

5. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Nothing here limits any right you have under applicable consumer-protection law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
